Pennsylvania's Official Energy Efficiency Loan and Rebate Program

AFC First Financial Corporation, founded in 1947, provides energy efficiency financing in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic U.S. It is the exclusive lender for Pennsylvania's official ENERGY STAR loan program, Keystone HELP, which is principally supported by the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection, Treasury Department and Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency. It also administers the CT Solar Lease program for the Connecticut Clean Energy Fund.
